United States: 7–14 business days
Canada: 8–16 business days
Other regions: 10–25 business days

3. Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours after dispatch.
4. Customs, duties & import taxes
US orders rarely incur import fees.
Canadian orders may be subject to CBSA duties or taxes.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.
5. Delayed or lost packages
If your package is delayed beyond 30 days, contact us for assistance.
Lost packages will be replaced or refunded depending on the case.
