Return and Refund Policy – Arvello Pets™
At Arvello Pets™, we do our best to ensure a great experience with every order.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the terms below.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- unused and in their original condition;
- free from pet hair, odors, stains or wear;
- returned with original packaging;
- returned with all accessories.
3. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable if opened:
- pet feeders, bowls, bottles;
- grooming tools;
- pet beds;
- plush or fabric toys;
- any item showing signs of use.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
5. Return shipping cost
Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact our support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
